30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. We stand behind our products and want every customer to feel good about trying Vitaica.

We offer full or partial refunds depending on the situation. Please read the policy below for eligibility.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or email confirmation)

  • The product must be unused or lightly used (opened products may be considered for partial refunds at our discretion)

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

We do not offer refunds on:

  • Orders placed more than 30 days ago

  • Subscription renewals

  • Bulk orders (3+ of the same item) unless the items are unopened

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@tryvitaica.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for your request

  3. Attach photos (if applicable) for faster resolution

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue a refund or store credit if approved.

Return Shipping

You may be asked to return the product depending on the issue. If a return is necessary:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs

  • All returns must be sent with tracking

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@tryvitaica.com
