Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vitaica. We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely, wherever you are in the world.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email after your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

  • Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — we are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Times & Rates

We ship from the United States and offer both domestic and international shipping:

       United States

  • USPS Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping may apply on promotional or order thresholds (e.g., orders over $50).

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and do not include duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: International shipments may experience delays due to customs processing or local courier issues. We do our best to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vitaica is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or household members

  • Waiting 48 hours in case of a delivery scan delay

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to:

  • Countries with strict customs bans on supplements

  • Freight forwarding addresses

  • P.O. Boxes in certain international regions

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders are subject to the customs laws of your destination country. You are responsible for:

  • Paying any import duties, VAT, or local taxes upon delivery

  • Ensuring the product is legal to import into your country

Vitaica is not responsible for delays caused by customs or refusal of packages.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize you made a mistake, email us immediately at support@tryvitaica.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. If it has already shipped, we cannot reroute or refund the package.
